Which plans include AI review drafts?
Premium Voice and Ultimate Voice include AI drafts from experience tags, typed notes, or voice. Basic supports manually written text and does not include AI generation or voice input.
Can TyTrust generate reviews from only a star rating?
No. AI draft generation requires the customer to select an experience tag, type a note, or record a voice message. A star rating alone is not enough.
Does TyTrust post reviews automatically on Google?
No. Customers can edit and copy their text, then decide whether to paste and submit it on Google themselves.
Which languages are supported?
Premium Voice and Ultimate Voice support 12+ languages, including Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, and English. Contact us to check your preferred language.
What happens when a customer gives a low rating?
