How do I download and print my merchant QR plaque?
Log into your merchant dashboard, navigate to the QR Assets tab, and select a template format. You can download print-ready PDFs optimized for table cards (A6) or billing counter stands (A5).

Yes. TyTrust acts purely as an assistive writing draft tool. Customers copy and submit reviews manually, and we do not support review gating or incentives, ensuring complete compliance.

How do I manage or cancel my annual subscription?
You can cancel automatic renewals directly through your merchant billing portal. Your active credits remain valid until the end of your paid billing year.

How do voice review credits work on premium plans?
Premium Voice includes 1,200 voice reviews/yr, and Ultimate includes 2,400 voice reviews/yr. Each time a customer dictates a review and generates a draft, one credit is used.
